HAMILTON, N.Y. – Hamilton College's
Manasi Bedi '30 won all of her matches as the Continentals competed at the 2026 Colgate University Women's Tennis Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 26 and Sunday, Sept. 27.
Hamilton athletes played doubles and singles matches against players from Colgate, Williams College and Siena University.
Bedi went 2-0 in singles play and paired with
Jessica Pagés '30 for a win in doubles. Bedi's highlight of the weekend was a victory against Williams' Ahn Lin by scores of 7-5 and 7-6 (4).
Mona Farah '29 defeated Colgate's Gigi Bohan in Farah's lone singles match and split her two doubles matches with partner
Grace Qian '27. Qian and Farah cruised to a 6-0 triumph against a Colgate pairing.
Pagés,
Muhan Cui '28 and
Sara Rock '29 won one singles match apiece.
Priyanka Challapalli '27 and
Anette Dani '30 were 6-2 winners in doubles against Siena's Mariana Pinzon and Ana Savkovic.
"This was a good weekend for our group," Head Coach
Billy Boykin said. "We started out a little flat, but grew into the tournament. I was proud of the way we competed this weekend, especially in the latter stages of the event. The match play will help prepare us for the Regional Championships next weekend."
The Continentals compete in the 2026 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division III Women's Northeast Regional Championship hosted by Skidmore College from Oct. 1 through Oct. 4.
