ROCHESTER N.Y. – The Hamilton College Continentals finished fifth out of 23 teams at the University of Rochester Yellowjacket Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 20 at Genesee Valley Park.

Taylor Harris '26 went out conservatively, but worked her way up throughout the race and eventually crossed the line in 18th place with a 6-kilometer time of 23:01.8.
Emily Pogozelski '26 finished close behind in 19th place out of 253 runners with another impressive time of 23:10.4.
Hamilton's next three finishers went out and stuck close together for the entirety of the race.
Emma Chrismer '28 finished 40th with a time of 23:44.9,
Claire Pfanstiel '27 came in 42nd place with a time of 23:47.9, and
Mattie Dunlap '28 placed 44th in 23:50.3.
The Continentals finished in fifth place with 146 points. SUNY Geneseo won the meet with 39 points, Ithaca College came in second with 115, and Rochester finished third with 140.
