WATERFORD, Conn. – The Hamilton College Continentals finished ninth at the 2025 NESCAC Cross Country Championships hosted by Connecticut College at Harkness Memorial State Park on a windy Saturday afternoon, Nov. 1.
 
Taylor Harris '26 led the way for the women, placing 22nd out of 148 runners, with a season-best 6-kilometer time of 22:09.31, a season best. Emily Pogozelski '26 also put together a season-best performance when it mattered most as she finished in 43rd place with a time of 22:41.68.
 
Emma Chrismer '28 stayed steady and climbed in the back half of the race, closing out in 62nd place with a time of 23:05.43. Mattie Dunlap '28 put together her most complete race of the season and finished in 74th place with a time of 23:19.39. Nora Burroughs '29 posted the first top-five team finish of her college career and took 94th place in 23:43.73.
 
The Continentals ended up with 236 team points. Williams College won the team title with 32 points, Middlebury College placed second with 69 points, and Conn. College took third with 81.
 
Hamilton travels to Genesee Valley Park, where the Continentals already competed once this season, to run in the NCAA Division III Niagara Regional Championships on Saturday, Nov. 15 at 11:30 a.m.
