Four members of the Hamilton College women's cross country team were recognized by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) on Monday, Nov. 18 when the organization announced the all-region honorees for the 2024 NCAA Division III cross country season.

Athletes earned all-region distinction by virtue of finishing in the top 35 at one of the 10 regional sites on Nov. 16. Only athletes from USTFCCCA member institutions are eligible for awards.

Taylor Harris '26 (New York, N.Y./Convent of the Sacred Heart), Sylvie Najarian '25 (Woodcliff Lake, N.J./Pascack Hills HS), Emily Pogozelski '26 (Garden City, N.Y./Garden City HS) and Keira Rogan '28 (Saratoga Springs, N.Y./Schuylerville Central School) collected all-region honors. Najarian was all-region for the second time and Harris celebrated her third all-region accolade.

Rogan led the way in the NCAA Niagara Regional Championships at the Fredonia State University Cross Country Course by placing second out of 154 finishers with a 6-kilometer time of 21:18.8. Najarian was next in 16th place (22:57.2) and Harris was right behind in 17th place (22:57.3). Pogozelski ended up in 27th place in 23:22.4.

Rogan, Najarian and Harris compete in the NCAA cross country championships at LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course at the Wabash Valley Family Sports Center in Terre Haute, Ind., on Saturday, Nov. 23.
