Ten Hamilton College Continentals have been singled out as the 2023 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division III Women's Scholar-Athletes and All-Academic Teams have been announced.
ITA Scholar-Athletes must have a grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale for the 2022-23 academic year. Hamilton also earned All-Academic Team status for having a team grade point average of 3.2 or better on a 4.0 scale. All varsity letter winners should be factored into the cumulative team GPA for the 2022-23 academic year.
The women -- led by Head Coach
Mandy Gamble -- picked up an ITA all-academic team award for the ninth straight year. Gamble just finished her second season with the team. The Continentals were 28th in the final ITA Divison III Top 40 coaches poll while
Hannah Apsey '25 was 48th in the Top 50 Singles Rankings, and Apsey and
Lauren Holtzman '23 were 24th in the Top 25 Doubles Rankings.
