Hamilton College's Kylie Oblak '24 finished in first place in the women's 10,000-meter run at Monmouth University's non-team scoring 26^th Annual Outdoor Track & Field Season Opener, which was held at Kessler Stadium on Friday and Saturday.
 
Oblak recorded a winning time of 38:58.46, which was more than two minutes ahead of the closest pursuer. Betsy Overstrum '24 captured third place in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:55.15. Both runners qualified for the 2022 All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference Outdoor Championships.
 
Frankie Lilly '23 ended up in 16^th place out of 41 athletes with a time of 2:28.52 in the 800-meter run. Mia Schiel '22 landed in 21^st place of 61 finishers in 4:58.40 in the 1,500-meter run, and Liza Greene '22 finished right behind her with a time of 4:58.59.
 
The Continentals host their own outdoor invitational on Saturday, April 2 at 11 a.m.
