The Hamilton College women's tennis team won its third straight match, topping Trinity College 6-3 in a NESCAC match at Hamilton's Gray Tennis Courts Saturday. The Continentals raised their overall record to 14-5 and 1-4 in the NESCAC. They stand 17th in the Northeast Region in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) regional rankings.

Hamilton won four of the six singles matches, with three of those players also playing on victorious doubles teams.

The pairing of Isabella Schoning '16 and Winnie Tang '17 picked up a win at third doubles and both players went on to singles wins. As a doubles team, they're 9-4 this year. Tang was a straight-set winner at third singles and is now 10-5 in singles play. Playing at number four, Schoning was one of two Hamilton players to win 6-0, 6-0 in singles play. She extended her school record for career wins, raising her collegiate mark to 58-29, which includes a 19-6 mark this year.

Samantha Weeks '19 also swept her singles opponent without dropping a game. After her dominant win at the fifth spot, she's 18-4 on the year.

Weeks and Claire Keyte '17 teamed for a win at second doubles, improving to a team-leading 14-7. Rounding out Hamilton's winners was Jane Bary '19 – a straight-set winner at the sixth slot. Bary's season record is now 12-3.

The Continentals finish the regular season Saturday, hosting Connecticut College in a 10 a.m. NESCAC match.
