The Hamilton College women's tennis team swept the three doubles matches and went on to a 7-2 non-conference win against the Union College Dutchwomen at Hamilton's Gray Tennis Courts on Tuesday.

Three Continentals were victorious in both singles and doubles play. Jane Haffer '19 was a 6-1, 7-5 winner at second flight singles and teamed up with Lindsay Jadow '19 for an 8-2 triumph at first flight doubles. Haffer is 7-2 in singles play this season and the doubles pairing of Haffer and Jadow is also 7-2.

Winnie Tang '17 breezed to a 6-3, 6-1 win at third flight singles and joined forces with Claudia Morse '19 for an 8-2 victory at third flight doubles. Tang owns a 3-0 singles record in dual matches this season and she and Morse are undefeated in three doubles matches. Tang moved into a tie for seventh place on the program's all-time list with 39 singles wins.

Samantha Weeks '19 dropped just two games at fifth flight singles and was an 8-4 winner with Claire Keyte '17 at second flight doubles. Weeks is 7-1 in singles play this season and 27-4 for her collegiate career. Keyte and Weeks set a team record with 16 doubles victories last season, and Keyte is third all-time at Hamilton with 48 doubles wins.

Iona Forrester '20 surrendered only one game in picking up a win at sixth flight singles. Forrester is a perfect 5-0 in singles matches so far this season.

The Continentals are off until March 2017.
