The Hamilton College Continentals travel to Medford, Mass., and will play the Tufts University Jumbos in a 2026 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Baseball Championship quarterfinal series at Tufts' Sol Gittleman Park on Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2.

The series starts on Friday at 3 p.m. and continues on Saturday at 11 a.m. A third game, if necessary, will start 30 minutes after the completion of game two. All games are scheduled for nine innings. The winner moves on to championship weekend at Trinity College where games will be played from Friday, May 8 to Sunday, May 10.

Hamilton finished the regular season with an overall record of 15-16 and ended up with a 6-6 mark in the NESCAC West Division. The Continentals tied for third place in their division and are the fourth seed from the West for the championship. Hamilton is playing in the quarterfinal series for the fourth time in the last five years and aims to advance to championship weekend for the second time.

The Jumbos finished the regular season with an overall record of 25-9 and ended up with an 8-4 mark in the conference's East Division. The Jumbos tied for first place in their division and are the No. 1 seed from the East for the championship. Tufts is ranked 12
th in the NCAA Power Index and is 21
st in the American Baseball Coaches Association Division III Top 30 poll. The Jumbos have won seven NESCAC titles, most recently in 2023, and they swept the Continentals in a 2024 quarterfinal series.
