Aden Soroca '27 (New York, N.Y./Horace Mann School) was selected the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Baseball Pitcher of the Week on Monday, March 23.

Soroca picked up the win in both of his appearances as the Continentals played their first four games in Florida. He pitched the first inning of a 16-3 victory against Knox College and struck out three batters and allowed one hit and one unearned run on March 17. He struck out 10 and allowed one hit, an unearned run and a walk in six innings of a 5-1 triumph against Union College on March 20.

Soroca is tied for second in the conference with 23 strikeouts and is fifth with a .164 opponent batting average. He hasn't allowed an earned run in his last 12 innings. Soroca has a record of 2-1 and a 3.00 earned run average in 15 innings. He's allowed nine hits, five earned runs and six walks.

Hamilton plays four more games in Florida. The Continentals take on Lawrence University on Tuesday, March 24 before they start a three-game NESCAC West Division series with Williams College on Friday, March 27.
