Hamilton College's Jackson Sattinger '24 (Port Washington, N.Y./Paul D. Schreiber HS) and Jack Eshleman '25 (Collegeville, Pa./Devon Preparatory School) were selected for the 2024 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Baseball All-Conference Team on Thursday, May 16 when the conference announced its end-of-season awards.

Sattinger is one of three outfielders on the first team and Eshleman is one of four pitchers on the first team. Sattinger was on the second team in 2023 while Eshleman's all-NESCAC honor is his first.

Sattinger is tied for the conference lead with a .436 batting average (41-for-94) and is third with a .755 slugging percentage and a .517 on-base percentage, second with an OPS of 1.272, 12th with 32 runs batted in, tied for fourth with seven home runs, and tied for eighth with 16 stolen bases. His home run total tied a single-season program record. Sattinger, who played in 27 games, scored 28 runs and drew 14 walks.

Sattinger finished his career either tied for the lead or the outright team leader in home runs, slugging percentage, runs batted in and on-base percentage. He also ended up in the program's top five for career batting average, triples and total bases.

Eshleman is second in the NESCAC with a 2.05 earned run average, an opponents batting average of .199 and a program-record 69 strikeouts. He's tied for third with 57 innings pitched and has the sixth-fewest walks allowed with 12. Eshleman posted a 4-1 record and a WHIP of 0.91. He had three complete games out of seven starts and gave up just one home run.

The Continentals ended the season with an overall record of 13-15. They went 6-6 in the NESCAC West Division and were the third seed from the West for the conference championship. Hamilton played Tufts University in the best two-out-of-three quarterfinal series.
