SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – Hamilton College's
Ryan Connors '25 led all golfers as the Continentals played a dual match with Middlebury College at Saratoga Spa State Park Golf Course on Sunday, April 16.
Hamilton received votes in the April 14 Golf Coaches Association of America Division III Top 25 poll. The Continentals and Middlebury tied with four-man team scores of 295.
Connors topped the 16-player field with a 70, which tied a career best that he set at Skidmore College's Dr. Tim Brown Invitational on April 9.
Ramon Aroca Gonzalez '26, who entered the weekend with an 18-hole stroke average of 72.29, posted a 74.
Tommy Kantaros '24 followed with a 75 and
Billy Geach '23 carded a 76.
Jaikrit Bhattacharya '26 shot a 77 one week after he helped lead Hamilton at Skidmore's Invitational.
Jacob Zeng '24 (74),
Brian Healy '25 (74) and
Ben Coffey '23 (75) played as individuals. Healy's round tied a season best.
The Continentals compete in the Williams College Spring Invitational at Taconic Golf Club in Williamstown, Mass., on April 22 and 23.
