Volleyball collects team academic award for 12th straight season

Continentals posted grade point average of 3.3 or better during 2021-22 academic year

Hamilton College has earned the 2022 U.S. Marine Corps/American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award.

The award honors volleyball teams that maintained a grade point average of 3.30 or better during the 2021-22 academic year. The Continentals picked up the award for the 12th year in a row and the 13th time overall.

Hamilton boasted eight student-athletes on the 2021 NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team. The Continentals are led by Head Coach Kristin Baker, who begins her sixth year this fall.
