Hamilton College's Kate Carman '24 (New York, N.Y./Trinity School) has been selected for the 2022 American Volleyball Coaches Association Division III All-Region Team.

Carman was placed on the honorable mention list in Region 1. The outside hitter, who is on the all-region team for the second straight year, is one of 20 athletes honored in Region 1.

Carman is tied for 75th in NCAA Division III with 3.54 kills per set and tied for 116th with 3.82 points per set, and she posted a .236 hitting percentage. She came up with 17 kills on Sept. 17 in a five-set win at Williams College, which ended up earning an at-large bid to the NCAA championship.

In 39 career matches, Carman has 516 kills, 148 digs and 41 total blocks. She recorded her 500th career kill at Trinity College on Oct. 28.
