Five Hamilton College singles players and one doubles pairing advanced to the semifinals of their flight at the St. Lawrence University Fall Classic at Sammis Tennis Courts on Saturday.

Connor Griff '25 won his first two collegiate matches and is still on track to capture the "A" Flight singles title. Griff knocked off SLU's Nathan Turtledove and Hobart's Winter Fagerberg by scores of 8-3 and 8-7, respectively.
Eric Stein '23 and
Nicolas Gritz '25 won both of their "B" Flight singles matches and are set to play each other tomorrow in the semifinals. Stein won 8-1 against Utica's Bailey McAtee and 8-3 over Rochester Institute of Technology's Grahith Movva. Gritz beat Ithaca's Artem Khaybullin 8-0 and Hobart's Troy Steiner 8-6 for his first collegiate wins.
Gianni Esposito '24 and
Pius Lo '24 are also set up to face each other tomorrow after both won their "D" Flight singles matches. Esposito won 8-0 against Hobart's Leo Bakiri and 8-3 against SLU's Quinn Bermingham. Lo beat Utica's Kurtik Appadoo 8-1 and SLU's Kenden Aguilera 8-7 in his collegiate debut.

Danny Tsyvin '22 are in the running for the "A" Flight doubles title tomorrow after beating RIT's Martin and Movva 8-1 and SLU's Haet and Turtledove 8-4.
