The Hamilton College men's tennis team traveled to Massachusetts for a pair of weekend NESCAC matches against nationally ranked opponents. The Continentals lost 9-0 at Tufts University Saturday and dropped a 7-2 decision at Amherst College Sunday. The Jumbos are 20th in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division III rankings and the Mammoths are 13th.

The Continentals (5-13 overall, 0-6 NESCAC) picked up a pair of points in singles competition in Sunday's match at Amherst, Sam Farber '20 fought back after dropping the opening set to knock off his opponent at number one, winning the tiebreaking set 10-4. The win was Farber's team-leading 13th singles victory of the season, raising his record to13-8.

At the sixth spot, Matthew Haas '19 posted a 6-2, 6-0 sweep. He's now 12-9 on the season.

The Continentals close out their regular season Saturday with a 1 p.m. NESCAC match at Connecticut College.
