The Hamilton College men's tennis team played a non-conference match against Ithaca College on Saturday and a NESCAC match against Trinity College on Sunday on Hamilton's Gray Tennis Courts.
The Continentals (5-12, 0-5 NESCAC) suffered a 7-2 setback against Ithaca and lost 9-0 against Trinity. The Bantams are 11th in the most recent Northeast Region Team Rankings according to the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.
Against the Bombers on Saturday, Jon Cohen '17 picked up a team point by breezing to a 6-2, 6-1 win against Brandon Buksbaum at fourth flight singles. Max McKee-Proctor '17 and Austin Lokre '16 were 8-6 winners at second flight doubles.
Lokre and Ian Antonoff '16 were honored prior to the match as part of Senior Day. Hamilton hosts Connecticut College for a NESCAC match on Saturday, April 30. The match is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. and will be the season finale for the Continentals.
