Three Hamilton College athletes were honored by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) with Scholar All-America recognition for the 2025-26 season on Thursday, July 2 when the organization released its list of recipients.
 
Hamilton women swimmers Jade Matthias '26 (Reading, Pa./Mercersburg Academy), Carolyn Miner '27 (Manchester, Conn./Manchester HS) and Paige Wielgus '28 (Pocasset, Mass./Sturgis Charter) made the first team for earning a grade point average of 3.50 or better and participating in their national championship. The Scholar All-America Team was presented by Fitter & Faster Swim Camps.
 
Matthias, Miner and Wielgus competed in the 200- and 400-yard freestyle relay in the 2026 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships at IU Indianapolis' IU Natatorium in Indianapolis, Indiana. Matthias, who majored in government, also raced in the 50 free, 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke. Miner majors in psychology and Wielgus is working on a dual major in geoscience and art.
 
Matthias was a Scholar All-American all four years with the Continentals. Miner collected her second honor (2025) and Wielgus picked up her first.
