Men's track and field third in distance medley relay at regional meet

Fisher '29 broke the 60-meter hurdles team record for the fourth time this season

NEW YORK – The Hamilton College Continentals finished in third place in the men's distance medley relay and Ian Fisher '29 broke the 60-meter hurdles team record for the fourth time this season at the 2026 All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference Indoor Championships inside The Armory on Friday, March 6.
 
Fisher finished in 17th place out of 30 athletes with a time of 8.38 seconds in the 60-meter hurdle preliminary heats. His previous record of 8.46 seconds was set on Feb. 14.
 
Drew Richardson '26, Hugh Williams '26, Ellis Goodson '27 and Jack Quinn '26 made up the DMR and took third place out of 17 teams with a time of 10:17.38. Henry Ebben '27 landed in 20th place in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 16:21.38.
 
Hamilton is tied for 15th place in the team standings with six points. The meet wraps up on Saturday, March 7 and begins at 10 a.m. with the women's weight throw.
