UTICA, N.Y. – The Hamilton College Continentals set a team record in one event and qualified for a championship meet in another at Utica University's non-team scoring Pioneer Fast Trax Invitational inside Hutton Sports & Recreation Center on Saturday, Feb. 14.
Ian Fisher '29 broke the team record in the men's 60-meter hurdles for the third straight week. Fisher posted a time of 8.46 seconds in the preliminary heats and grabbed second place in the finals with the same time.
Henry Ebben '27 qualified for the All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference (AARTFC) indoor championships and finished fourth in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:19.97. Ebben eclipsed his previous personal-best time in the event by almost 10 seconds.
The Continentals compete in Cornell University's Kane Invitational on Saturday, Feb. 21.
