BRUNSWICK, Maine – Hamilton College erased a second-half deficit and Haley Cramer '28 scored the winning goal in the 84th minute as the Continentals captured a 2-1 NESCAC road win over the Bowdoin College Polar Bears at Bowdoin's Pickard Soccer Fields on Saturday afternoon, Oct. 17.

  • Corah Boller '29 kept the deficit at one with a kick save on a shot by Anna Lenschow from close range with 31 minutes remaining in the half.

  • Boller fully extended for an early second-half save on a low shot by Dani Musry, while Hamilton continued to pressure the Bowdoin defense with shots on goal by Sarah Flood '27 and Brooke St. John '30 in the 54th minute.
  • Kayley Huleatt struck the crossbar for the Polar Bears in the 60th minute before the Continentals equalized with just under 21 minutes remaining. Baffor sent a cross into the box from near the right sideline that deflected off a Bowdoin defender and found the bottom-left corner.
  • Baffor nearly put Hamilton ahead in the 78th minute, but her shot from outside the box hit the left post.
  • Cooke stopped a close-range attempt by Abby Douglass '27 five minutes later, but the Continentals broke through with 6:35 remaining. Lila Sullivan '29 ran onto a pass from Baffor and struck the crossbar. Cramer's initial rebound attempt was blocked in front of the goal line, but she collected the ball and buried her second chance in the right corner.
