- After a scoreless second period, Hamilton pulled within a goal less than a minute into the third. Carly McMahon '27 stole the puck in the Continentals' offensive zone and passed to Sophia Testa '26, who fired a rocket from long-distance that found the back of the net.
- Williams completed the scoring after a Hamilton player was sent to the penalty box for interference with 1:48 remaining. A giveaway by the Continentals allowed Jaeyln Keiver to slide the puck over to Zoe Rosenberg right in front of the net, and she buried the shot with just 14 seconds to go.
