TROY, N.Y. – Hamilton College finished first in six swimming events, but was edged 144-136 by Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in the Continentals' final dual meet of the regular season inside RPI's Robison Pool on Saturday afternoon, Jan. 31.
The Continentals finished the regular season with a 4-4 dual meet record and will next compete in the NESCAC Championships at Colby College. The four-day meet begins on Thursday, Feb. 19 at 7 p.m.

Vasquez and Roche also earned individual wins in the 50 free and 100 free, respectively. Olivo finished second behind Roche in the 100 free.
William Roth '28 touched the wall first in the 100 backstroke,
Matthew Hake '26 took first place in a tightly contested 100 breaststroke, and
Sebastian van Wanroy '26 was victorious in the 200 breast.
