CLINTON, N.Y. – The Hamilton College Continentals totaled six first-place finishes but fell to the 24th-ranked Rochester Institute of Technology Tigers by a score of 163-125 inside Hamilton's Bristol Pool on Saturday afternoon, Jan. 10.

Josh Smith '26 and
Alex Vasquez '27 took first place in the 200-yard medley relay. Chang also recorded a first-place finish in the 200 butterfly, and Vasquez finished first in the 50 freestyle.
The Continentals took the top three spots in both the 200 backstroke and the 200 individual medley.
Henry Wiemeyer '26 and
Loui Chambon '28 collected first-place finishes in the 200 free and the 200 back, respectively.
The Continentals, who are receiving votes in the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America Division III Top 25 poll, suffered their first defeat in a dual meet this season. They return to action at Ithaca College on Saturday, Jan. 17.
