CLINTON, N.Y. - The Hamilton College Continentals scored quickly and cruised to a 3-1 non-conference win against the SUNY Oneonta Red Dragons at Hamilton's Love Field on Wednesday, Sept. 24.
Season Update
- The Continentals (3-2-2 overall) have outscored their three non-conference opponents 10-1 in three victories.
- SUNY Oneonta (5-2-1) has given up nine goals in its last four matches.
How it Happened
- The Continentals struck quickly in the fourth minute. Patrick Ferrare '27 stole the ball from an Oneonta defender in their own box. Ferrare then got the ball to Zach Tracy '28, who put it into the bottom-right corner of the net.
- On a long free kick in the 27th minute, Hamilton's Troy Miller '28 served the ball into Oneonta's box. Anthony Ndiolo '29 leaped and headed the ball into the bottom-right corner of the goal for a 2-0 advantage.
- The Continentals extended their lead in the second half. Silas Rella-Neill '27 lofted a left-footed cross into the box, and Sean Curran '29 headed the ball high over the head of Oneonta's goalkeeper with 14:00 left.
- The Red Dragons got on the board late courtesy of a penalty kick by Zach Rabadi in the 88th minute.

- Tobin Walsh '29 saved four shots and nearly posted his second shutout in as many starts for Hamilton.
- Curran and Tracy have scored two goals apiece.
- Ndiolo scored his first goal with the Continentals.
- Ferrare recorded his first assist of the season and leads the team with nine points.
