Seven Hamilton College athletes earned 2025 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Women's All-Region honors on Wednesday, May 21 when the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) made their announcement following the conclusion of the regular season.
The top five individuals in each event from each region and each of the members of a top three ranked relay earned all-region honors. Only USTFCCCA member programs are eligible for awards.
Keira Rogan '28 (Saratoga Springs, N.Y./Schuylerville Central School) and
Sylvie Najarian '25 (Woodcliff Lake, N.J./Pascack Hills HS) were all-region for the 3,000-meter steeplechase. Rogan had the top time in the Niagara Region -- a team-record performance of 10:27.88 in the Hamilton Outdoor Invitational on April 4. Najarian's all-region time of 11:03.76 was ranked fifth in the region and clinched at the last possible moment at the All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference (AARTFC) Outdoor Championships on May 14.
Dana Schwartz '26 (Cape Elizabeth, Maine/Cape Elizabeth HS) was all-region for the javelin throw. Schwartz's distance of 40.73 meters (133 feet, 7 inches) is a team record and was ranked third in the region. She accomplished the feat at the AARTFC meet on May 14.
The Continentals ended up with the third-fastest 4x400-meter relay in the region with a team-record time of 3:55.07, which was recorded at the AARTFC championships on May 14.
Olivia Waruch '28 (Accord, N.Y./Rondout Valley HS), Claire Tratnyek '26 (Short Hills, N.J./Kent Place School), Mia O'Neill '28 (Needham, Mass./Needham HS) and
Marley Meyers '28 (Glencoe, Ill./New Trier HS) were the members of the relay.
