GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Hamilton College Continentals wrapped up the 2025 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships by competing in the preliminary heats of the women's 400-yard freestyle relay inside Greensboro Aquatic Center on Saturday, March 22.
 
The quartet of Jade Matthias '26, Carolyn Miner '27, Ashlyn Blessey '26 and Chloe Lan '28 posted the 22^nd-fastest time of 3:29.98. That was slightly off their season best of 3:29.91 and nearly three seconds slower than the time they needed to qualify for the evening finals. Matthias had the fastest split of the four with a time of 51.62 seconds leading off the relay.
 
The same group finished seventh in the consolation final (15^th overall) of the 200 free relay on March 20. That performance earned them six team points. All four return for the 2025-26 season.
