GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Hamilton College Continentals wrapped up the 2025 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships by competing in the preliminary heats of the women's 400-yard freestyle relay inside Greensboro Aquatic Center on Saturday, March 22.

The quartet of Jade Matthias '26, Carolyn Miner '27, Ashlyn Blessey '26 and Chloe Lan '28 posted the 22nd-fastest time of 3:29.98. That was slightly off their season best of 3:29.91 and nearly three seconds slower than the time they needed to qualify for the evening finals. Matthias had the fastest split of the four with a time of 51.62 seconds leading off the relay.

The same group finished seventh in the consolation final (15th overall) of the 200 free relay on March 20. That performance earned them six team points. All four return for the 2025-26 season.
