Four Hamilton College athletes earned recognition from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) on Wednesday, March 12 when they announced the 2025 NCAA Division III Track & Field Women's All-Region honors.
Â
The top five individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Descending Order Lists earned all-region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top three relays. The regions used for this award match those used during the cross country season.
Â
The Continentals had the second-fastest distance medley relay in the Niagara Region with a time of 12:03.73 from the All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference (AARTFC) Indoor Championships on March 7.
Â
Emily Pogozelski '26 (Garden City, N.Y./Garden City HS), Claire Tratnyek '26 (Short Hills, N.J./Kent Place School), Kate Scibelli '26 (Canandaigua, N.Y./Canandaigua Academy) and
Keira Rogan '28 (Saratoga Springs, N.Y./Schuylerville Central School) were the members of that relay. The all-region honor is the first for all four.
Â
Rogan also made all-region for the 1-mile run, 3,000-meter run and 5,000-meter run as she set team records in all three events. Her time of 4:56.62 in the mile from the AARTFC meet was the fastest in the region. Rogan posted the second-best performance in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:42.20 at Utica University's Blue and Orange Invitational on Feb. 8, and in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:47.68 at Cornell University's Kane Invitational on Feb. 15.
