Four Hamilton College athletes earned recognition from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) on Wednesday, March 12 when they announced the 2025 NCAA Division III Track & Field Men's All-Region honors.

The top five individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Descending Order Lists earned all-region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top three relays. The regions used for this award match those used during the cross country season.

The Continentals had the fourth-fastest distance medley relay in the Niagara Region with a time of 10:24.15 from the All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference (AARTFC) Indoor Championships on March 7.

Hugh Williams '26 (Richmond, Va./Collegiate School), Benjamin Ingram '25 (Arlington, Va./Yorktown HS), Ellis Goodson '27 (Bronxville, N.Y./Bronxville HS) and Jack Quinn '27 (Reading, Mass./Reading Memorial HS) were the members of that relay. The indoor all-region honor is the first for all four.
