PHILADELPHIA – Chatham University players won four matches in three games and the Cougars defeated the Hamilton College Continentals 8-1 in a 2025 College Squash Association (CSA) Divisional Team Championships Summers Cup quarterfinal inside Arlen Specter US Squash Center on Friday afternoon, Feb. 28.
Hamilton, which is 25
th in the CSA men's varsity team rankings, takes on NESCAC foe Connecticut College in a consolation draw semifinal on Saturday, March 1 at noon. The Camels edged the Continentals 5-4 back on Jan. 8 at Hamilton's Little Squash Center. Chatham improved to 4-7 and is 24
th in the team rankings.
Carter Furmanek '27 secured the Continentals' team point with a victory in four games at the ninth position. Furmanek picked up his 10
th career win at Hamilton.
