The Hamilton College Continentals travel to Brunswick, Maine, for a 2025 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Women's Hockey Championship quarterfinal against Bowdoin College inside Sidney J. Watson Arena on Saturday, March 1 at 1 p.m.

Hamilton (11-11-2, 6-8-2 NESCAC) finished fifth in the conference standings with 23 points and is the fifth seed for the championship. The Continentals have reached the championship final in each of the last two years. Hamilton swept the season series against Bowdoin with a 2-1 win on Feb. 7 and a 3-1 victory on Feb. 8 in Brunswick. The Continentals were 23rd in the NCAA Power Index (NPI) rankings as of Feb. 26 and received votes in the Feb. 24 USCHO.com Division III Top 15 poll.
The Polar Bears (16-7-0, 10-6) finished fourth in the conference standings with 29 points and are the fourth seed for the championship. Bowdoin, which has won three straight games, is 12th in the NPI rankings and 15th in the latest USCHO.com poll. The Polar Bears lead the NESCAC in penalty-killing percentage and are second in power-play percentage. Gia Massari is third in the conference with 19 points on nine goals and 10 assists.
