WATERVILLE, Maine – The Hamilton College Continentals remained in sixth place out of 11 teams with 18 events complete in the 2025 NESCAC Women's Swimming & Diving Championship at Colby College's Aquatics Center on Saturday, Feb. 15.
Hamilton set a team record in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:44.95. The members of the relay were
Paige Wielgus '28, Grace Fischer '28, Jade Matthias '26 and
Chloe Lan '28. The old record of 1:45.84 had stood since the 2011 NCAA championships.
The Continentals put five swimmers in the top 18 of the 1,000 freestyle.
Emma Robinson '26 led the quintet in seventh place with a time of 10:30.91.
Hamilton competes in the fourth and final day of the conference meet on Sunday, Feb. 16. The preliminary heats start at 10 a.m. and the finals begin at 5:15 p.m.
