MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – Middlebury College's Avery McInerny scored with 3.5 seconds left in the third period and lifted the Panthers to a 2-1 come-from-behind NESCAC victory against the Hamilton College Continentals inside Middlebury's Chip Kenyon Arena on Friday night, Nov. 14.

How It Happened
- Sophie Berghammer '26 gave the Continentals a 1-0 lead with 2:39 left in the first period.
- Hamilton hung on to its one-goal edge until Kate Flynn evened the score 8:27 into the third period. That set the stage for McInerny's game-winner.
Notes
- Teagan Brown '27 made 17 of her 30 saves in the second period for the Continentals.
- Berghammer, who plays defense, scored her fourth career goal at Hamilton.
- Grace Crowley '26 picked up her 16th career assist, won 12-of-21 faceoffs and blocked four shots.
- Ava Romano '27 collected her 11th assist with the Continentals.
- Grace Puskar '27 won 10-of-17 faceoffs.
- Hamilton blocked 22 Middlebury shots. The Panthers finished with a 32-11 advantage in shots on goal.
