How It Happened

- The Continentals regained the lead with 2:07 left in the period. Amherst had a 2-on-1 opportunity but Michael Gallary '28 made an excellent defensive stop. On the ensuing counter, Tchor weaved through the defense and lifted the puck into the roof of the net for a highlight-reel goal.
- On Hamilton's first power play of the night, Max Bulawka '26 slid a pass right in front of the net to Jackson Krock '26 who tapped the puck in for a 3-1 lead at 10:51 of the second period. Amherst goaltender Andrew Palena was injured on the play and replaced by Vincent Lamberti.
- The Continentals put the game out of reach with 6:54 remaining in the second as Tchor passed it out to Lucas Constantine '27 for a one-timer from the blue line that made it 4-1.
- Ryan Sordillo '27 finished off the scoring 10:33 into the third period with Hamilton's second power-play goal of the night. The Continentals worked the puck around and Noah Leibl '27 found Sordillo for a shot from the right side of the offensive zone.
