CLINTON, N.Y. - Hamilton College's

Â
Season Update
- The Continentals (11-4, 6-4 NESCAC) have their most wins in a season since they finished 12-5 in 2016. Hamilton is ranked seventh in the National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division III poll and sixth in the NCAA Power Index (NPI).
- The Bantams (3-11, 1-8) dropped their sixth straight matchup.
Â
How It Happened
- Lilly Truchon '26 opened the scoring with 1:14 left in the first half. Truchon carried the ball just outside the circle and found Alexis Glasofer '29 on the right side. Glasofer drew in the Trinity defender and dished it back to Truchon on the give-and-go. Truchon swept a one-timer past the stretched-out goalkeeper's left pad and into the cage.
- Janssen made three big stops in the third quarter when the Continentals were clinging to a one-goal edge.
- Becky Felker '26 gave Hamilton an insurance goal with 7:06 to go in the fourth quarter after a great individual effort by Kenna White '28. White picked up the ball 10 yards off the center line and chipped it forward to herself. She outraced a defender and reverse-flipped the ball onto the waiting stick of Felker for a tap-in goal through the goalkeeper's pads.
- Sammy Higgins '26 finished off the scoring with 3:13 remaining. Claire Tratnyek '26 carried the ball 25 yards around two defenders and made a perfect pass to Eva Bell '29. Bell's attempted pass to Brighton McMahon '29 was interrupted by the sliding Trinity goalkeeper and redirected to Higgins, and she lifted the ball just over the sticks of the crowd and into the bottom-left corner.
