BRUNSWICK, Maine -- Four Bowdoin College players won their matches in three games and the Polar Bears defeated the Hamilton College Continentals 8-1 inside Bowdoin's Lubin Family Squash Center on Friday, Jan. 17.
Hamilton is 29th in the College Squash Association varsity team rankings while the Polar Bears are 22nd. The Continentals host Vassar College on Saturday, Jan. 25 at noon.
Simon Muller '25 earned Hamilton's team point by outlasting his opponent in five games at the seventh position. Muller dropped the first game but responded by taking the next two. He was edged in the fourth game but pulled out the decisive fifth by a 12-10 count. Muller leads the Continentals with three wins this season and has nine for his Hamilton career.
