CLINTON, N.Y. – Hamilton College's
Thomas Healy '26 tied a career high with five goals and the Continentals cruised to a 19-8 non-conference win against the SUNY Oneonta Red Dragons under the lights at Hamilton's Withiam Field on Tuesday, April 16.
Season Update
- Hamilton (7-6 overall) defeated all four of its non-conference opponents this season.

How It Happened
- Healy netted Hamilton's first three goals and the Continentals took off on a 7-0 run with 8:06 left in the second quarter.
- The Continentals shut out the Red Dragons for 22-plus minutes. Oneonta scored its first goal with 7:38 left.
- One minute later, Frank Coyle '26 hit a slick behind-the-back shot off a nice feed from Reece Hickey '26 for a 9-1 lead.
- Hamilton closed out the second stanza with three more goals and the Continentals held a comfortable 12-1 cushion at the half.
- Hickey won the opening faceoff and Maddux Little '27 took it to the house just 1:12 into the third quarter.
- Oneonta outscored Hamilton 3-2 in the third frame, but the Continentals clutched an impressive 15-4 advantage heading into the final quarter.
- The Red Dragons sparked a 3-0 run in the opening 4:18 of the fourth quarter and narrowed their deficit to 15-7 with 10:42 to go.
- Ben Ryan '26 added to Hamilton's lead with 9:17 left on the clock. A short 10 seconds later, Ford Collins '27 gave the Continentals another double-digit lead at 17-7.
- The Red Dragons won the ensuing faceoff and scored their eighth goal with 9:01 remaining.
- Milo Trabulsy '25 found the back of the net for the 18-8 advantage with 6:05 left.
- Ryan Howard '25 connected for Hamilton's final goal on a pass by Troy Pollock '25 with 4:46 to go.
