The Hamilton College Continentals host the Trinity College Bantams in a 2024 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Women's Hockey Championship quarterfinal at Russell Sage Rink on Saturday, Feb. 24 at 4:30 p.m.

Nationally ranked No. 8 Hamilton (13-5-6 overall) tied for third place in the NESCAC standings with 26.5 points and a 6-5-5 record, and the Continentals are the fourth seed for the championship. Hamilton advanced to the final in 2023 and have played in each of the past four championship semifinals. The Continentals have played 12 overtime games this season and have set a team record for most ties in a season with five. Hamilton defeated Trinity 3-1 at home back on Dec. 1 and the teams tied 1-1 the next day.
The 10th-ranked Bantams (15-6-2) finished in fifth place in the conference standings with 26 points and an 8-6-2 record, and Trinity is the fifth seed for the championship. The Bantams have won six of their last eight games going into the postseason. Trinity leads the NESCAC in penalties and penalty minutes. Martina Exnerova tops the conference in faceoff wins, and Jenny Guider has the only hat trick in the NESCAC this season.
