The Hamilton College Continentals travel to Lewiston, Maine, for a 2024 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Women's Basketball Championship quarterfinal at Bates College's Alumni Gym on Saturday, Feb. 17 at 2 p.m.

Hamilton (17-7 overall) finished in sixth place in the conference standings with a 5-5 record and is the No. 6 seed for the championship. The Continentals opened the season with 10 straight victories and they have their highest win total since the 2006-07 season. Hamilton leads the NESCAC in total rebounds, defensive boards and rebounding margin.
Taylor Lambo '26 is second in the conference with 8.9 rebounds per game and averages 15.0 points per contest.
Bates (20-4) tied for second place in the conference standings with an 8-2 record and is the No. 3 seed for the championship. The Bobcats have won 20 games for the first time since the 2004-05 season, and their eight NESCAC wins are tied for the most in one season in team history. Bates is hosting a NESCAC tournament game for the first time since 2009. The Bobcats lead the conference in assist-to-turnover ratio and blocked shots. Bates defeated the Continentals 82-66 on its home court back on Jan. 12.
