How It Happened

Weiss followed up on a rebound after a shot by Zoe Katz '24 was stopped by the goaltender. Katz and Carly McMahon '27 had the assists.
  • A shot by Sami Quackenbush '24 drew iron early in the second period. Just before the period expired, fellow blue-liner Emily Ferguson '24 found the back of the net with just 0.4 seconds remaining. Abby Smith '24 picked up the assist.
  • Weiss' second goal of the night with 5:36 to go in the third period clinched the victory. McMahon collected another helper.
  • Oswego pulled its goaltender in favor of a sixth skater with about 1:45 left. The Lakers managed three shot attempts but all of them were blocked by Hamilton defenders.
