DAVENPORT, Fla. – Hamilton College's 
Jackson Sattinger '24 drove in two runs with two doubles and the Continentals posted an 8-3 non-conference win against the Keystone College Giants at Northeast Regional Park on Sunday. 
 
Hamilton (2-6 overall) snapped the Giants' six-game win streak. The Continentals are back in action with a non-conference doubleheader against St. Lawrence University at Northeast Regional Park on Monday, March 20. The first pitch is set for 2:30 p.m. 
 
How It Happened
	- Hamilton jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first frame on three hits. Phil Bernstein '23 and Ethan Harrast '23 led off with back-to-back singles and Greg Kopp '25 put them in scoring position with a sacrifice bunt. Sattinger scored Bernstein and Harrast with a ground-rule double.
- After a scoreless second, third and fourth inning, the Continentals tacked on another pair of runs in the fifth. Kopp singled and advanced to third on Sattinger's second ground-rule double. Jack Griffin '24 scored Kopp with a single and Sattinger stole home as part of a double steal. 
- The Giants found one run in the top of the sixth on three hits. 
- The Continentals had a big inning in the bottom half with four runs on just one hit and two Keystone errors. Three walks and a hit batsman helped Hamilton's cause.
- Keystone plated its final two runs in the seventh on a hit, three walks and a hit batsman. 
- Hamilton's relief pitching was strong down the stretch as the Continentals allowed two singles in the last two innings. 
Notes
	- Sattinger already has four doubles in eight games. 
- Harrast and Kopp tallied two hits apiece. 
- Taylor Kaufman '26 and Shane Dux '24 registered singles. 
- Sattinger picked up his first win of the season. He allowed just two hits and one walk in three innings. 
- Eddie Taylor '25 had an impressive relief outing with four strikeouts in three innings pitched. 
- Daniel Jirgal '26 struck out two in a scoreless eighth inning. 
- Robert Estrada led the Giants at the plate with four hits. 
- The Giants' pitching combined for six strikeouts. 
- Keystone, a member of the Colonial States Athletic Conference, moved to 6-5 overall.
