No. 6 women's hockey hosts Williams in NESCAC quarters Saturday

Second-seeded Continentals play seventh-seeded Ephs at 1 p.m. on Feb. 25

The Hamilton College Continentals host the Williams College Ephs in a 2023 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Women's Hockey Championship quarterfinal at Russell Sage Rink on Saturday, Feb. 25 at 1 p.m.

Admission will not be charged and tickets will not be available for this postseason event. Nationally ranked No. 6 Hamilton (18-4-2 overall) finished in second place in the conference standings at 12-3-1 and is the No. 2 seed for the championship with 35.5 points. The seeding is the best in team history and the 18 wins this season are a team record. The Continentals split a pair of home games against Williams, with the Ephs winning 1-0 back on Jan. 13 and Hamilton posting a 4-1 victory the next day.

Williams (11-11-1) ended up in seventh place in the conference standings at 6-9-1 and is the No. 7 seed for the championship with 18.5 points. The Ephs have lost to the Continentals in the quarterfinal round in each of the last two NESCAC championships.
