ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Hamilton College Continentals finished in second place out of 11 teams in the 12th edition of the Bomber Invitational at Ithaca College's Kelsey Partridge Bird Natatorium on Sunday, Dec. 3.

The invitational got underway on Dec. 1 and there were 19 swimming events and two diving events held during the course of the three days.

Hamilton won eight of the 19 swimming events, and Jade Matthias '26 had a hand in all of them. Matthias finished first in the women's 50-yard freestyle, the 100 butterfly, the 100 backstroke and the 100 individual medley. She was also part of the winning 200 and 400 free, and 200 and 400 medley relays. Matthias led off the free relays and did the fly portion of the medley relays.

The Continentals host Division I Colgate University at Bristol Pool for a dual meet on Friday, Dec. 8 at 5 p.m.
