Nancy Loh '23 recorded the second hat trick of her career and the Continentals cruised to a 7-1 NESCAC win against the Wesleyan University Cardinals at Hamilton's Russell Sage Rink on Friday night.

Season Update
The nationally ranked No. 7 Continentals (13-3-1, 7-2-0 NESCAC) have outscored their opponents 18-5 in the last four games. Wesleyan (9-7-1, 3-6-0) received votes in this week's USCHO.com Division III Top 15 poll.

How It Happened
- Hamilton jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first period. Loh started things off 2:40 into the period when she cleaned up a rebound after a flurry of shots by the Continentals.
- Loh made it 2-0 at 5:29 in the first after a nice stretch pass from Sophie Berghammer '26.
- Maddie Hong '23 gave Hamilton a three-goal cushion on a great wrist shot from the left faceoff circle that beat the goaltender top shelf on the right side of the net with 7:42 left.
- Abby Weiss '25 scored the fourth goal of the period for the Continentals 1:19 later.
- Caroline Kee tallied the Cardinals' lone goal from the slot with 3:09 remaining when she redirected a centering pass from Brooke Keough.
- Abby Smith '24 made it 5-1 on a power-play goal from close range with 2:29 to go in the second period.
- Mya Berretta '23 gave Hamilton a five-goal advantage at 9:46 of the third period. Berretta came up with the loose puck after a shot by Sophia Testa '26 was off target.
- Loh wrapped up the scoring with 1:47 left. She threw the puck towards the crease from the goal line on the left side and it went off a Wesleyan player's skate and deflected into the net.

- Loh leads the NESCAC with 13 goals this season.
- Mac Donovan '26 made 20 saves in her third start for the Continentals.
- Smith and Berretta finished with a goal and an assist apiece.
- Claire McGennis '24 and Abby Kuhns '23 chipped in two helpers apiece.
- Kuhns is tied with Loh for the team lead with 15 points.
- McGennis has a team-high 11 assists.
- Weiss scored the first goal of her Hamilton career.
- Smith has at least a point in four straight games.
- Testa and Cuora Sullivan '26 collected their first collegiate points.
- Berghammer had three of Hamilton's 10 blocked shots.
- The Continentals were 1-for-2 on the power play. Hamilton has killed 35 of its opponents' 37 power-play chances.
