Hamilton College's Hyla Mosher '23 scored in the 27^th minute and the Continentals tied the Trinity College Bantams in a NESCAC matchup on Saturday afternoon at Trinity Soccer Field. 
 
How It Happened

• Hamilton worked the ball up the field and Mosher took control. She danced around a defender and put a shot in the upper-left corner at 26:30 for a 1-0 lead. 
• Trinity's Gabby Grattan netted the equalizer on a header off a pass from Molly Broderick in the 75^thminute. 
• In the final minutes of the match, Trinity's Cassie Lee and Elena Lindonen hammered two hard shots that hit the post. 
• Trinity outshot Hamilton 11-5, including 9-0 in the second half. 
• The Bantams held a 5-3 advantage in corner kicks. 

Notes

• Hamilton and Trinity moved to a 1-0-1 record on the season.
• In 2021 the Continentals had two matches that resulted in a tie. 
• Mosher's goal was her first this season after she tallied nine in 2021. Mosher has 18 goals at Hamilton.
• Nieve Tonna '26 made a season-high six saves in her second outing as goalkeeper. 
• Hamilton utilized its bench with all 10 substitutions playing at least 21 minutes.  
• Trinity's Hannah Storozuk and Lindonen collected three shots apiece.

• The Continentals will play their first home match of the season on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 4 p.m. against SUNY Oswego on Love Field.
