Zarle was voted to the third team and is one of 16 players on the all-region team in Region 1. The region's sports information directors nominate and vote for the student-athletes on the all-region team.

The shooting guard was voted to the all-NESCAC team by the conference's coaches for the second time in her career earlier in March. Zarle led the team with 19.5 points per game, 38 made 3-point baskets, and a free throw percentage of 70.6 percent (60 of 85), and she was second with 31 steals.

Zarle was one of two Continentals who started all 22 games. She led Hamilton to a 52-43 win at eventual national semifinalist Amherst College by recording 20 points, seven rebounds and three assists. She scored 20 or more points in a game 12 times.

Zarle wrapped up her 69-game career with 913 points, 158 rebounds, 138 assists, 114 3-pointers and 105 steals. The Continentals finished the 2021-22 season with an overall record of 9-13 including 2-7 in the conference. Eight Hamilton opponents participated in the 2022 NCAA Division III championship.
