The Hamilton College Continentals wrapped up the 2022 NESCAC Men's Squash Championship with a 6-3 loss against the Colby College Mules in the match for seventh place at Trinity College's George A. Kellner Squash Courts on Sunday morning.
 
Hamilton (5-10 overall) was the No. 8 seed for the championship while Colby (3-10) was the No. 6 seed. The Continentals return to competition with the College Squash Association National Team Championships in Philadelphia starting on Friday, Feb. 18.
 
Tate Suratt '24 won his 15^th career match as he outlasted his Colby opponent in five games at the first position. Suratt trailed going into the fourth game but won that one 11-8 before he clinched his match with a thrilling 14-12 triumph in the fifth game.
 
Nicholas Carabatsos '24 was a winner in four games at the fifth position. Carabatsos has six victories this season and both he and Suratt went 2-2 during the weekend.
 
Blake Davis '25 won in four games after he moved up from the ninth position to the eighth just for Sunday. Davis went 3-1 for the championship and leads the team with eight wins this season.
