Hamilton was declared the North Country Tournament champion and evened its record at 2-2-0. The Bears dropped to 2-8-0 overall.

How It Happened
- After a scoreless first period, Garrett McArthur gave Potsdam the lead 5:35 into the second.
- James Philpott '25 put the Continentals on the scoreboard with 8:27 left in the period. Ryan Brown '25 and Jackson Krock '26 had the assists.
- Matt Gellerman '24 gave Hamilton the lead on a power-play goal with 1:23 remaining in the second. Gellerman scored with seven seconds left of a 5-on-3 for the Continentals' first power-play goal this season. Fred Allaire '23 and Philpott had the assists.
- Groton made it 3-1 just 56 seconds later on a pass from Ben Zimmerman '26.
- The Bears pulled their goaltender for an extra skater with 1:48 to go in the third period and Groton made them pay 21 seconds later when he scored into the empty net. Nick Hawkins '23 and Carson Hall '26 collected the assists.
