How It Happened
- Following a penalty corner with about two minutes remaining, the Herons' Rebecca Mantione had her shot blocked. Wodka controlled the rebound and took another shot that was stopped by Abby Griffin '26. Wodka collected the loose ball again and finally deposited it into the back of the cage.
- Wodka was credited with the assist on William Smith's first goal with 10:05 to go in the first quarter. Emily Leonard inserted the ball on a penalty corner and eventually scored her 14th goal this season.
- The Continentals drew even with 5:49 left in the third quarter. Camille Donaghey '23 directed the ball to stick-stop Kiera Wax '23 on the penalty corner. Wax tapped the ball over to Hannah Dillon '24 for a hard shot from near the edge of the circle that found the back of the cage.
- After Wodka's goal, Hamilton pulled Griffin for an extra attacker. The Continentals were awarded a penalty corner with 1:14 remaining, but the ensuing shot was blocked and Hamilton didn't threaten again.

- Wax and Donaghey picked up their second assists this fall.
- Griffin turned away four shots – all in the second half.
- The Herons held a 9-5 shot advantage, and both teams posted six penalty corners.
