The nationally ranked No. 24 Hamilton College Continentals remained unbeaten following a 1-0 NESCAC win over the Colby College Mules on Saturday at Colby's Mark Serdjenian Field.
The Continentals (6-0-2, 4-0-2 NESCAC) out-shot the Mules 16-8 and had a 5-2 edge in corner kicks.
Caity Smith '23 recorded three saves in the second half for Hamilton and starting goalkeeper
Zoe Katz '24 made two, while the Mules' Emily McMaster recorded five.
The only goal was scored 4:11 into the first half when
Caroline Dawson '23 sent a long cross from the left side and found
Hyla Mosher '23 at the top of the box. Mosher took one step before she booted the ball into the top-left corner out of McMaster's reach. Dawson led Hamilton with four shots,
Rylie Mutton '23 had two shots on net and Mosher recorded two shots with one on net.

Olivia Zubarik '25 took a free kick from 25 yards out. Zubarik's shot hit the crossbar and Colby was able to clear the ball from in front of the net.
Hamilton had nine shots in the second half with four on net. Colby (3-3-1, 0-3-1 NESCAC) recorded four shots with three on goal during the final 45 minutes.
The Continentals will play No. 13 Tufts University on Sunday, Oct. 3 in Medford, Mass., at noon.
